Training takes place at our track on the Caragh road, which is part of the Naas Sports Centre.
Juvenile Training (Age 10 to 16): Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 8pm
Juvenile Training (Under 9s and under 10s): Every Monday from 6pm to 7pm
U11 girls - Monday 6pm to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 12pm
Senior Training: Every Wednesday from 7-8 (We cater for all levels including beginners). All senior/master/junior athletes are welcome to join us any Wedenesday - just turn up on the night and ask for Sarah Kearns.
Specialist training is arranged by coaches. We also train on the Curragh almost every Sunday during the Cross Country season.
We cater for all disciplines sprints, middle distance, endurance, hurdles, long and high jump, shot and javelin. Our head coach Brian Dowling has level 3 International qualifications. We have six other coaches from Athletic Leaders to Level 2.
