Naas AC are delighted to present a Virtual Streets of Naas 5k in memory of Sheena Walsh.
All our participants are asked to race, run or walk a 5k distance over the Easter Weekend 3rd/4th April, where safe to do so, ensuring you all stay within the restrictions and social distancing guidelines in place.
This year, we’re hoping to raise funds towards Kildare Down Syndrome’s wonderful local project An Garraí Beag, a new horticultural initiative that has already received so much positive feedback from members, volunteers and our local community. Their resources have been severely impacted by the current restrictions.
Entry fee is €12 for a high quality technical T-shirt and just €4 without, plus booking fee. T-shirts are adult sizes only and limited to the first 295 entrants.
The Streets of Naas 5K is held on Easter Sunday before the town’s annual Easter Parade.
Thank you to all our participants, who ensured that our race has sold out each year. Thank you to all our supporters, marshalls, helpers and sponsors, without whom the event couldn’t have gone ahead.
