Training for adult members will recommence on Tuesday 11th May. There are two training sessions on that day, 9:30am and 7:30pm. Further details and training plan will be sent by text.
Please book in here the night before you attend training. If you have not booked in you will not be allowed to attend training.
Please remember to renew your membership as only registered members can train. Registration information is available here.
1. Groups are restricted to 15 including the coaches. Athletes must remain in their assigned groups.
2. Only athletes fully registered with Naas AC are permitted to return to training.
3. All athletes must bring hand sanitiser to use before and after each session and during any breaks in training social distancing must be maintained at all times.
4. All athletes must have completed the booking procedure online before attending training. Athletes that just turn up will not be allowed to train.
